| Responsibilities |
 |
Develop and maintain technical documents, articles and materials for Palcom clients, support and Techno-sales personnel through our internal knowledge base and user forums with a goal of improving responsiveness. |

Be responsible for ensuring customers are accommodated in a friendly, highly professional manner with specific emphasis on problem solving and customer assistance. |
|
May be required to handle 24x7 Support and/or the late shift on a rotating basis; perform other duties as assigned. |

| Education/Experience/Aptitude |
|
1 - 2 years of hardware troubleshooting experience. |
|
Effective and energetic problem-solver with strong technical aptitude with ability to think strategically and creatively. |
|
Must possess strong communication skills with the capability to express ideas and concepts in writing and verbally; must be able to successfully interact at all levels within the organization. |
|
Must be capable of working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. |
|
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Must be able to multi-task and work with limited supervision. |
